Yo Yoga has been one of the greatest blessings in my yoga journey. From the authentic space, to the wholesome community, to the exceptional teachers, everything about it feels genuine and deeply nourishing. If you are looking for a place that feels like a homecoming to your body, held in a kind and unpretentious environment, Yo Yoga is your next stop!

I just started my day at a 6:30am flow class today, with Kyle. Eventhough he and most of the other teachers are a couple of decades younger than me, I feel free to make my own adjustments as my body needs. There is never pressure from any of the teachers. Clear guidance and beautiful sequences are the core principles of each class. My days are filled with more energy when I start with a Yoyoga class, whether it be Vinyasa, Bikram or Hatha. Lots of safe parking available.

Yo Yoga is an amazing studio with a welcoming and inclusive atmosphere. From the moment you walk in, you feel comfortable and supported, no matter your level of experience. They offer a great variety of classes, including Hot 26, Vinyasa, and Hatha, so there’s something for everyone depending on what you’re looking for. The instructors are knowledgeable, attentive, and genuinely invested in helping you get the most out of each session. The space is well run, the energy is positive, and it’s a great place to build consistency in your practice. I always leave feeling better than when I arrived. Highly recommend giving Yo Yoga a try!

I visited this studio for the first time and joined the Hot 26 class. The studio itself is beautiful, however I was quite uncomfortable with a rule enforced during the class where we were not allowed to drink water except at specific times. At one point I reached for my water bottle and was stopped by the instructor and told I needed to wait until after the warm-up. This rule wasn’t explained beforehand, and in a heated class I found it both distracting and uncomfortable. I spent most of the session focusing on when I was “allowed” to drink water rather than being able to focus on the practice. I understand that different instructors have different approaches, but I do think something like this should be clearly communicated in advance so people can make an informed decision, especially given the conditions. This may not apply to all classes or instructors, but it’s something I wish I had known before attending
