Poor service and communication, low stock, unfriendly and unprofessional staff at Strand Str branch. Very surprised this is schools preferred supplier. I will be going elsewhere next year.

Centrally located, friendly and efficient staff. Has all the educational books from primary to university you need. Best one stop textbook store in entire Cape.

As I tell the fairly matured woman with glasses that I am looking for a few grade 12 books she just said “next time look at the bar code of the book” in such a ill mannered tone. Not only was she rude, the 2 card machines there were not working or connecting properly, and she just said “no it’s not us that’s the problem, it’s your card” the whole time I was trying to pay, until the helpful man who also was working there got the other card machine, (only after another person’s card declined on the same machine) and my purchase went through with no problem.Great store to get most of your school books but honestly that one lady was just disgusting.

I don't like being forced to do online shopping where it is also inconvenient to start an account because you need an app to shop on the website. That overshadowed not finding the majority of the books I needed in a specific section, however I can understand because this branch is small

I really do not know how to feel. I called to ask if they had wireless mouses, and I was told that they do not have it in stock, if I want it I must order it. When I asked her how do I make an order, she quickly said "Bye Bye".and dropped the call. I was still talking !! It looks like she was in a rush to just drop the call. That was really not nice. Not nice at all.
