The kids absolutely love visiting the Two Oceans Aquarium, and every visit feels like a new adventure! It’s one of those places where you can easily spend hours exploring, learning and discovering something fascinating around every corner. The different exhibitions are always a highlight. The kids love seeing the incredible variety of marine life, from colourful jellyfish and fascinating sea creatures to the penguins and, of course, the sharks! This time around, there were more sharks in the tank, which made the experience even more exciting. Watching them glide through the water up close is always such a memorable experience for the kids. One of our favourite parts is still the underwater tunnel. Walking through the tunnel while fish swim above and around you makes you feel like you're actually under the ocean. It’s such a beautiful experience, and the kids never seem to get tired of it. We did notice a few changes since our last visit. Unfortunately, the coelacanth is no longer on display, which was a little disappointing as it was always such an interesting exhibit to see. The fossil-digging area has also been removed, due to the construction taking place near the penguin area. We also didn’t see the snakes on this visit, so it seems a few things have changed since our previous trips. Despite those changes, we still had such a lovely time. The aquarium remains a fantastic family outing, especially for children who love animals and learning about the ocean. There’s something so special about being able to see these creatures up close and watching the kids' excitement as they discover something new. Another wonderful family day at the Two Oceans Aquarium! With 5 kids I should really get a membership at this point lol.
