Amazing Reformer Pilates class while I was traveling here. I enjoyed the class very much and the instructor helped me to correct my posture. Overall, very enjoyable class, great location and beautiful studio!

I attended reformer classes for a month. I wholeheartedly recommend Robyn. Always with a good warmup and the classes were thorough, very well explained and she was attentive at all times, giving the proper cues. On the other hand, the other instructors i tried were on their phones, didn’t correct us, didn’t pay attention or had us do many exercises that didn’t really require the reformer or even yoga exercises ¿? Idk I was surprised to see the reviews, the service doesn’t really match them..There’s room for improvement.

Gorgeous little Pilates studio with both mat and reformer classes. Great instructors, friendly community, and the owner is amazingly welcoming. A new must-do for my Cape Town visits!

Loving this boutique Pilates Studio in the heart of Sea Point. It feels like coming to an oasis in the noise and busyness of the city. Super chic and calming interior design, small classes and great teachers:-)

The Ivy Room - one of my favorite pilates studios in Cape Town. The environment is luxurious, attention to detail is important in the space and the classes are phenomenally conducted by the teachers... quality classes always. Intermediate Reformers and strength pilates are my favorite classes by far! Totally in love with the Ivy Room x
