Stardust Theatrical Dining in Cape Town delivers a wonderfully entertaining evening. The singers are exceptionally talented, creating a vibrant atmosphere and making the entire experience truly memorable. The food was excellent—we enjoyed the lamb shanks, calamari, chicken tagine and sirloin steaks. My only criticism is that the blunt knives detracted from the steak experience. Invest in some good-quality steak knives, Stardust, and you’ll elevate an already fantastic evening to another level!

Haven’t been to Stardust in over 10 years! I remember having a fabulous time then, so when my friend decided to have his birthday dinner there it felt like a good enough reason to return. Dinner with a side of entertainment from the waiters. It’s a great vibe and really fun night out. The food was a bit of a leg down though. Many people ordered the falafels for starters and everyone said they were rock hard. They were so hard you could take out Goliath. They were so hard you needed a Mallet to get through it. They were so hard… you get the gist. I ordered the lamb shank which was really really tasty. I finished the plate. My husband’s fish was bone dry, sadly. I get that there is a lot of pre cooking done for these kind of venues, especially considering all the orders seemed to be taken at the same time throughout the restaurant, but yeah…the food could be improved. The Malva pudding for dessert was just fine. Overall , a great night out but the food let it down in places.

What a brilliant cast of young talents! This should be on everyone's bucket list. Dinner and a show where the waiters and waitresses sing and dance. Fantastic for a special event, they really make you feel special. We had a full house and yet the service was tops! There are 2 set menus although you can always order separate dishes. A vast cocktail menu and wine list as well. There seems to be counter seating. There a special themed evenings, so check on the website or call. Bookings essential.

What a lovely experience. We watched Dirty Dancing for a 60th birthday celebration and it was amazing! The cast was fantastic and the service was speedy. The drinks are on the pricy side just to be prepared beforehand but they are worth it. Will definitely be going back.

It was my first time here and I had a really fun evening. The cast are your waiters and they are friendly, talented, and go out of their way to make it a fun evening. My family member was celebrating her birthday and this was a unique and memorable experience. They even gave her a special dessert with happy birthday written on it.
