Purchased a jacket on Friday, tried to return it today and was informed they don’t do refund or exchanges on sale items. The lady that sold it to me didn’t tell me this!! she even ordered my size to be delivered in store because they didn’t have it at the time. I would have never purchased it if she told me! When I went there today and the lady said she was the manager but couldn’t put me in touch with someone more senior today - no one can help and nothing can be done. WOW! Now I’m stuck with a R1500 jacket that I don’t want to keep. How’s that for customer service 👎🏻
