Silo District is one of those places that looks even better in person than in pictures. The architecture is absolutely stunning, especially the contrast between the old industrial grain silos and the modern buildings around them. The whole area has a very clean, sophisticated and artistic vibe, with cafés, restaurants, galleries and the iconic Zeitz MOCAA adding to the experience. What I liked most was that it doesn’t feel as chaotic as some parts of the V&A Waterfront. It’s relatively calm, beautiful to walk around, and there are plenty of great spots for photography. That said, it definitely has a premium/luxury feel, so don’t expect a budget-friendly atmosphere everywhere. Overall: A beautiful part of Cape Town and definitely worth visiting, especially if you’re into architecture, photography, art and modern urban spaces. ⭐ 9/10
