This is a phenomenal Dojo lead by a phenomenal Sensei Bruce and his team. My now 10y son started training at the age of 6. What he gets from his trainings is FAR MORE than just great karate skills! A solid workout, absolute focus and discipline are delivered the "old school" way, yet with true care and having FUN. Every key training lesson includes a parallel life wisdom, motivation and a gift of ever-growing grit and resilience. Sensei Bruce's teachings have become the positive self-talk that guides my son when he hits a challenge in any aspect of life. The regular events that the Dojo organises and the easy-going personal engagement by everyone in the team make it feel homely and familiar. If you are reading this review, look no further. You won't find a better karate dojo with a more dedicated team for your children.

This is our home from home !! Such amazing Sensei's in every way from teaching to giving valuable life skills to the younger ones and just really caring about you as individual ❤️. Wouldn't my son to be anywhere else it's our little family now... and the karate is top notch 😉 ❤️💙

The owner Bruce Van Rensberg is one of the most professional and kind people I have every had the privilege to be taught by and long may his succes with coaching continue. I would say he was my greatest boxing coach. Every good part of my technique I learnt from him. Much respect to the Dojos other staff too the place is extraordinarily well run.

Hands down one of the best places to learn Karate.I joined 2003 and spent a year there before moving overseas .I'm still searching for a dojo with a similar ethos in Madrid. All the staff from sensei Bruce ,Shihan Chris, Sensei Mark were so helpful with all the new starters.I learnt so much here and improved my self confidence with their teaching and patience.There are no egos here and you can flourish if you follow their instructions. I thoroughly enjoyed every session there.They focus on improving the individual as well as improving ones Karate. I wish the school continued success in the future.Osu.
