I was working in Cape Town for a few weeks and wanted to maintain my BJJ training. I downloaded and used the BJJ Network app and Renzo Gracie Academy was a short walk from my hotel. There was a really nice atmosphere in there and the people were very friendly (and tough!) Got some great rolls, learnt some cool techniques and managed to get some tips and local knowledge about what else to do in Cape Town during my stay

I had the privilege of getting to train at Renzo Gracie Cape Town for four days while on vacation. I attended the morning classes with Professor Kyle. It was high level gi and no gi instruction with great drills and situational sparring along with rounds. Great culture, great people, great instructor and great rounds. Would highly recommend if you are in Cape Town.

I was on holidays for 22 days. I got more than very generous deal to train here for the course of my holiday. Very high level gym with a lot of keen BJJ players that show up very frequently. More importantly it’s a nice gym where the vibe is superchill and respectful. Also what’s been mentioned in other comments the coffee is exceptionally good!

This is where I do jiu jitsu. Great place suitable for all levels; novice, mid or aspiring professionals. Really good coffee and a place to work from. Home away from home.

I visited Renzo Gracie CT during my holiday. Although i wasn’t able to fit a proper class in, I managed to find 30 minutes to visit and watch/learn from the coaches. Everyone there were super friendly and made me feel very welcome. The facilities were great and hopefully I have more time next time in CT to train here properly.
