What a hidden gem for book lovers! So many new releases on discount. I struggled leaving and wanted to buy so many books. The service was great, very helpful and very kind.

I received a call to pick up my book order at the Kloof Street store, only to be told the book has not arrived and they don’t know who called me while I had proof of an earlier call I had with one of the employees. There was no apology for the inconvenience or misunderstanding, one of the employees even asked if I got the right store to collect, I mean why would I waste my time and money to go to the wrong location. This was very upsetting. And this was my first time ordering a book from Reader’s Warehouse. So disappointed ☹️

A great place to spend a few good hours and a unique concept store. Closed located to great coffee stores to keep you here longer. I found some great books.

Readers Warehouse is so lovely. It's conveniently located for me and the staff is always helpful checking for books on their system or shelves if I can't find something. I think I've probably purchased around 15-20 books from them so far, but I'm definitely not stopping at that number.

Staff are very friendly and helpful. The store has an impressive selection off children's books so I've regularly bought gifts there for nieces and nephews. Service has been quick and the store is easily accessible. They have also got a selection of cards that has improved over the past year or two.
