Cape Town night club with three floors for events
This place was such a disappointment coming all the way from Durban. The servers had so much attitude and made the environment unbareable. We were even told to move because we didn’t buy a bottle (Mind you we spent 2.5k on drinks and hookah). Absolutely appalling, Durban service would never.
The place is great there are 3 floors with different events happening too and there were enough space for everyone only when you downstairs so far it was a nice vibe.was at the slow jam event on the 21st March 2026.
Slow Jams Event on 13th Feb 2026 was bad. Overpriced and undercater. A room as big as a living room filled with 200+ people. Would've been nice if they included the other levels and floors. But this place is mostly for groups of Gen z's..
What a waste of time and money the moment it rained we were moved downstairs What a mess! Cramping everyone into that small venue, there was no place to move let alone have air around you The organisers should be fired, no way that that space had the capacity to accommodate the amount of tickets sold. Upstairs would Have been great to continue to allow access and the venue could have just made sound available. We left the moment we were ushered indoors and we knew we could not be comfortable in ten standing space. Shame on the organisers for wasting our money and time . You won’t see me at your facility again
ANYTHING BUT PARADISE...0 STARS. I'm a woman and I arrived alone at 2am. There wasn't anyone at the front desk so I went in. I forgot my money in the car but the barman at the ground floor club was kind enough to let me have a drink and pay for it later. After 45 mins I went to my car to get my card and when I got back to 'paradise' there were 2 goons at the door. They said I have to pay - it was 15mins before the lower club closed... I said I would but they refused to take my money or allow me entry. The private club on the top floor was open for another hour. I asked them why but they didnt have an answer...They were clearly discussing me loudly in African dialect, while giving me the evil eye, in the small foyer where I was alone with them. Forgive me, but small minded people with a chip on their shoulder shouldnt be given even a little authority. But who cares, right? Clearly nobody associated. It might have been because of my colour - which brings this to a whole other level. Paradise my eye.
