Had the loveliest experience at The Paper Moon Bookshop yesterday. There was a big variety of second hand books from all genres and also a few new books here and there. The owner and employees were all so kind and welcoming. 100% recommend! 📚✨

I am writing to express my concern regarding the service I recently experienced at your Muizenberg branch. Having known the team at your Woodstock store, where the staff are consistently welcoming and professional, I was surprised and disappointed by the conduct of the shop minder in Muizenberg. During my visit, the staff member was noticeably rude and dismissive, which left me feeling unwelcome. This stands in stark contrast to the warm and helpful service I have come to associate with Paper Moon. Given the reputation of your brand and the excellent standards upheld at Woodstock, I am perplexed by the choice of staff at Muizenberg. I hope this feedback is taken seriously, as I value Paper Moon and would like to continue supporting your stores. I trust that management will look into this matter to ensure that the customer experience across all branches reflects the high standards your brand is known for. Very quaint store, lots of energy has gone into the space and decor which is very cute. Books are in good condition and reasonably priced.

Visited Paper Moon bookshop for a student film and fell in love with all the unique beauty that has filled this store. All the special collected trinkets, movie posters, artworks etc made the store feel so loved, welcoming and cosy. Such a lovely little surprise in every corner you look which makes it different to other book shops. Great selection of books too and such kind service 📚🧸🖼️
