Great shopping experience at Outdoor Warehouse Rondebosch! The staff are extremely friendly and helpful, and the level of assistance was excellent. They take the time to understand your needs. I would definitely recommend this store to anyone. The welcoming service is on point.

I had such an amazing expierance here and all due to three exceptional employees being Anethea, Natasha and Riccardo. Their service was quick, helpful, informative and top tier. And they were extremely kind. It's hard to find such good customer service so thank you to them for such a good expierance. Thank you for helping me find the perfect gift for my friend!

Just before I write my review. I'll mention something that occurred there on two of my visits to the place. On my very first visit my wife entered the front door first. I followed a few seconds thereafter. There were three young ladies attired in the companies work clothes who greeted my wife as she entired which I thought nice but didn't think nothing of it. What happened next put me off. With my wife passing them they looked at her sucj distain. The one leaned closer to the other and whispered something to the other. There face and body language betryed them. I choose not to confront them then. It occurred the second time again. I still chose not confront them. My resolve was just ti make my purchases at a competor. Here follows my review of the store: It's clean and organised. Staff are friendly. We we shopping for tents and camping gear. The sales persons that assisted. Were knowledgable about the products in in-store and online. They were able to advise on what to buy since it would our first time camping. The prices are slightly expensive but fair since the store sell good quality products. You can find the some of the prodicts that they sell cheaper but as said they provde quality.

I walked in early morning just before 9 am. The staff were on various places on the floor but no one came over to offer assistance as i was looking at hydration veste. I asked a member who at first didnt knw what i was asking then saw the rail and went over. Also I went back to look for help again then asked and was told where to find it. I just felt they could have been more proactive with helping when they are asked for something. I then called a friend who advised me which hydration vest to buy.

Nice to walk in and feel you outdoors. Very nice products for the camping trip you have been planning with the family. All the tools you need for a nature calling adventure is at his stoor.
