Beachfront park with braai facilities and mountain views in Cape Town
Very beautiful, where you surrounded by nature and water all in ones. Water is cold but very refreshing. Braai area is just as beautiful, where there is a round table, seating and a braai pit that is hidden inside the forest and the over look of the water and the mountains. Only problem is that there is stairs and you have to pay R40.
Great place to braai and swim. There is too much drinking and the music was too loud. People need to try and enjoy nature as it was intended.
A bit overcrowded but a lovely place for a picnic
Beautiful little beach with braai facilities. Has an amazing view of Lions Head and the 12 Apostles mountain range. If you don’t have a green card there will be an entrance fee charged.
The rest rooms was okay, so that's always a plus. It's beautiful, and the beach section is protected by the rocks so no waves which makes it great for swimming especially for kids and people like me who can't really swim. The only reason I marked it down was the amount of broken glass laying around, even cut my toe on the beach. I understand that it's what you get when you have people drinking alcohol in glass bottles but a walk through clean up would do wonders. Also the beach side isn't to crowded as the water is icy cold and most people can only stand a few minutes of standing in it. I however am born and bred capetonian so I expect the cold and it doesn't out me off at all. Overall I would go back 🙄 just have to find me shoes that you can swim in🏊♀️😁
