Aliziwe was very friendly and helpful. Her customer service was exceptional and assisted me with booking enquiries and booking our tickets. She even took the time to explain to mewhat I could experience from a specific theatre room and it helped me decide on which ticket I'd like to book.

What a beautiful space and the service is amazing. There is always someone around asking if you are okay and ready help. The reclining seats in the cinema and leg room really made our experience better. It definitely is a lovely place to visit for both kids and adults 10/10🤩 Definitely coming back !!

10/10 experience. It was my second time going to the cinema in my life. The staff were really friendly. I highly recommend the vip experience , it is worth every penny - i ordered a meal and a mocktail , they were delivered during the movie - 10/10.
