I had a fantastic experience visiting Nel Gallery on Long Street! This gem in Cape Town’s vibrant art scene is a must-visit for anyone who loves contemporary art. The gallery, run by artist Luan Nel, showcases a dynamic mix of local and international talent, with thoughtfully curated exhibitions that range from bold paintings to innovative installations. The space itself is warm and inviting, perfectly situated in the heart of the city’s art hub on Church Street. I was particularly impressed by the variety of works and the way the gallery engages with meaningful themes, sparking both imagination and conversation. Highly recommend stopping by, especially during First Thursdays, for a truly inspiring art experience

Interesting curation. Liked the labeling in pencil on the walls, it was cool, better than all those fancy qr codes galleries seem to be fond of nowadays.
