I had a recent experience at Mash Boutique Sea Point that I genuinely appreciated. I purchased an item that unfortunately didn’t work for me the fabric was uncomfortable on my skin. However, instead of making the process difficult, the team handled it with great understanding and professionalism. They offered me a gift voucher for the same value, which I can use anytime, and were incredibly helpful throughout. As someone who was born into textiles and has spent years working in the fashion industry, I truly value this kind of approach. It’s not always about what you buy sometimes it’s about how you are treated. Attitude, service, and genuine care make all the difference. In a time where many brands position themselves as “high fashion,” it’s refreshing to see a boutique that actually delivers on customer experience. Thank you for the support and professionalism.

Mash Boutique has been my go to gift shop for a few years now. They have an awesome selection of homewear, clothing, jewelry and gifts. The staff are always super helpful and friendly and they wrap up my gifts beautifully making shopping super easy. Pop in when you’re in the area. You’ll be glad you did 👌🏻

Mash Boutique is amazing, and definitely a place to visit when in Cape Town. Staff is super helpful and The merchandise is so inspiring.

I was recommended this store from a friend to look for a birthday present…now I see why. Shop assistants made choosing a gift easy, nicely gift wrapped and many beautiful things to choose from. I even got myself a tee in the mens section. Highly recommended! Good gift shop 👍🏾
