A beautiful, clean, quiet and small studio. As a pilates reformer first timer, the instructor was so patient and helpful. It's super convenient right next door to RBHS and you can use your Discovery Vitality for classes. Highly recommend.

On Saturday 04 July 2026, I had the privilege of experiencing a truly beautiful Sound Journey at LōM Yoga and Pilates Boutique Studio a lovely event hosted by Franco Human and performed by Paola Masullo and Merrissa Lebetkin The session started with a cacao ceremony and transitioned into 60 minutes of guided sound, vibration and stillness, every moment was held with such intention, heart and care. It was a chance to step away from the noise, reconnect with oneself, and simply be. I left feeling recharged, grounded and beautifully aligned. Franco Human has created something very special in the heart of Rondebosch Cape Town. LōM is a studio built for the love of movement, but it is equally a space built around community and connection. The Sound Journey was a wonderful reflection of the heart that Franco and his team have poured into this space. A gentle, powerful and deeply restorative experience. Highly Recommend….
