Hustle & Heart is a highlight for me in Cape Town. I really love the studio, the classes are great, and the trainers are excellent. Everyone there is just genuinely nice - from the guard at the entrance to the smoothie team, the trainers and the owner. It’s the kind of place you always want to keep coming back to. ♥️🚴‍♂️

What a lovely place! Staff was so nice. I went for my birthday and they even be had a balloon for me. Overall such a good experience. I'll definitely be joining again. Note: dont be late, my friends couldn't enter because they arrived late.

This place is so special. The classes are amazing and the experience is almost surreal! You get to have an incredible workout (pretty much the whole body) but also filled with so much fun. What’s even better are the staff who work there - extremely professional, kind and helpfully. Dani and Cindi in particular made us all feel so welcome! If you’re in Cape Town, trying out this place is as essential as hiking lions head. Absolutely superb!

First of all, the studio was very clean that I couldn’t find a dirt inside. The frontline staff were smiley and the smoothie guy was very nice. The instructor Joe was not only charming but also professional. He was able to lift up the whole class with his positive energy. If I were staying in CT longer, I would buy more classes. I believe that other instructors are as good as Joe.
