I cannot begin to explain how much this brand has impressed me!!! I have truly received the best customer service from their team- a team that goes above and beyond for their customers! I bought a dress online, when I tried it on, it didn’t fit right, as even the smallest size was too big for me. The team did not hesitate for even a moment to help me. The collected the dress and they remade the dress to fit perfectly- something very few brands will do! Apart from the great service from every staff member, the clothes are great quality! Proud to support such a positive, driven, proudly local brand!

If I could give more than 5 stars, I would! I’ve been shopping online with Hannah Lavery for quite some time, and I can honestly say I’ve never had a bad experience. In fact, I’m constantly blown away by how fast and efficiently my orders are delivered. Need help with a sizing issue or an exchange? They take service to the next level. I recently moved and had to organise an exchange while between addresses, which was tricky. Not only did the team check in regularly to see when I was ready, but once I was, both the return and exchange delivery were completed in under two days. Apart from the clothing products being absolutely fabulous - the service is just next level. You guys rock!

Thank you for excellent service. I placed an online order this morning and received it the same afternoon. I also appreciate that you use a good and reliable courier company. Shopping at your V&A Waterfront store is also a pleasure and the staff is always friendly and helpful. Love the brand!

I simply love the clothing - Amazing quality and design. A special mention to Jessica at the Gardens store, she is attentive and makes me feel special everytime I visit the store. I always have the greatest experience whenever I visit. Well done and keep up the great work!!!

I am absolutely and totally head over hills in love with the brand. I just want to thank Kelsey and her team at Hannah Lavery Parkhurst store for making me feel beautiful and confident in clothes and with my body again. They really just create the most welcoming and loving environment in store. It's always such a confidence boost trying the pieces on and hearing the compliments from the ladies. I just want to get dress in store every morning. I always walk out feeling impowered and confident. Keep doing what you are doing.
