I love! Friendly staff and lots of unique items created by local artists, crafters and jewellers. Definitely worth a pop in if you're looking for something other than the usual chain store items. Especially great for gifts! 💖

EVERYTHING is hand made/crafted!🤩 I had the pleasure (funnily enough) of being clueless in a gift-giving venture recently. We had no idea what to put together for a very special person and the beautiful assistant answered all our strange questions with an open mind and hands-on way of piecing the gift together. I would call the store itself a mini gallery for all the creative and intricate designs that flow through each corner that you explore. If you are looking for something interesting, authentically local and high quality as a gift or take-home, pop in to Fabricate and see where inspiration leads you! Thank you for an experience!😉

Beautiful collection of local creative products (albeit on the higher end of prices) which are ideal for gifts! The staff is courteous and goes the extra mile. Unfortunately, they have a very limited policy on exchanges, which jeopardized my perception of the store, particularly because they are position themselves as a a gift shop. I recently got a gift from Fabricate and wanted to exchange it for a different size, but couldn't because they require a receipt for exchanges (even for gifts).

This is the best gift store in Cape Town by far! If you’re looking for beautiful, locally made products - this is the place for you. I often walk in looking for a gift and end up getting extra things for myself as well! The staff is very friendly and helpful but unobtrusive, leaving you be if you just want to have a browse.
