Excellent service from Exclusive Books staff , very friendly and helpful. They managed to get me signed up to their membership which I'm very happy about as I'm an avid reader. Will definitely be returning to purchase more books from EB.

Unfortunately, I had a terrible experience. On April 28, 2026, at approximately 12:45 PM, I bought three postcards for 24 rands (8 rands each): Dassie, Franschhoek, and Camps Bay Cape Town. I intended to give them as gifts to my friends. When I received them, I asked the young man who sold them to help me wrap them in paper. He took the cards from my hand, was going around with them and then grabbed some green paper from behind him, placed the cards inside, and then sealed it with tape. When I got home today and opened the package, I found only two cards: Dassie and Franschhoek. The Camps Bay card was missing, and I was really shocked, frustrated, and disappointed. After this unpleasant incident, it would be very difficult for me to come to your shop and spend any money in your shop again because of this person! This situation was completely unexpected! I would really like to know why he put only two cards instead of three! It was incredibly heartbreaking for me that one card was missing! Because i live thousands kilometres from South Africa!

This was the most beautiful Exclusive Books I have ever seen! I saw books here that I have not been able to find anywhere else. I could spend hours in here if given the chance. 10/10 😍📚✨

Best exclusive books in the vicinity. The staff is super friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. The manager is the pinnacle of what a great manager and leader should be. The store reflects the great values and leadership. Highly recommend to visit or to stroll in between the bookshelves

Located at the prestigious Victoria and Albert Mall. Probably one of my favourite and biggest Exclusive Books in the country. Really spacious and carry a great amount of books serving different genres. The Book Store has a Seattle coffee store and space to read at and also have a quick bite.
