If you want to experience cape town in a day, this is perfect. Sit at the top of the bus. This is years of experience and excellence. The bus takes you to the perfect places and mind blowing views. The commentary in many languages is done so perfectly and it is very informative. The fact that you are given earphones to choose whether or not to listen is very helpful. I highly recommend this
I write reviews quite often and always try to be honest, so I want to share my full experience. We booked a wine tour with high expectations, as this is presented as a premium experience. We arrived early, in a great mood, excited to enjoy the day with our group. Unfortunately, the behavior of the staff from the very beginning was already inappropriate and set the wrong tone. There was no clear organization regarding the lines. Your own staff directed us to a specific place, and we followed those instructions. Later, we were aggressively told to move, shouted at, and treated with a level of disrespect that was absolutely unacceptable — especially considering we were following guidance given by your own team. What was most disappointing was not just the confusion, but the attitude: * no listening * no attempt to understand * no basic courtesy We were made to wait until everyone else passed, even those who arrived after us. This felt unfair, disrespectful, and honestly humiliating. After such a start, it was very difficult to enjoy the experience fully. I found myself wanting the tour to end sooner simply because the mood had already been affected. To be fair, I want to mention that the guide himself was very energetic and clearly tried to engage the group and create a positive atmosphere. The locations we visited were also beautiful and worth seeing. However, the overall experience did not meet expectations. The portions during the tour were quite small, and we had to order additional food and wine ourselves. A wine tour is not just transportation or stops — it is an experience, and the way it begins matters a lot. Unfortunately, this experience started with stress, disrespect, and poor communication, which affected everything that followed. I hope you take this feedback seriously — not just for us, but for future guests. Because service is not about logistics. It is about how people feel.
Great informative tour guide (Brahms!). Saw the Cape of Good Hope / Lighthouse and Boulder Beach. Saw penguins, seals, cormorants, caracals, springbok, ostriches, rock hyrax, baboons, and more. Beautiful hikes. Good ice cream too. Be warned the baboons and starlings will try to steal your food!
For Valentine’s Day this year, we did the #LoveAtSunset Tour with City Sightseeing Cape Town — and it was definitely an adventure of note 🙂 The drive took us through Mouille Point, Camps Bay and up to the infamous sunset spot at Signal Hill 👌 The scenery was absolutely breathtaking, with many picturesque moments along the way. The atmosphere? Romantic. The views? Unmatched. However… accessibility told a different story. ❌ The ramp is a serious safety hazard. It is badly designed and does not serve its purpose safely. It did not feel secure, and it cannot be used independently to enter or exit the bus. The height difference when the ramp deploys makes it extremely steep. A wheelchair could easily tip or roll back when entering or exiting. The ramp is also too short, which worsens the gradient. Inside the designated wheelchair space, there were no visible safety hooks or securing belts to prevent movement during the drive. There appeared to be straps or a buckle system present, but the driver did not seem to know how to use it. That in itself raises concerns. Traffic congestion at Signal Hill also caused major delays on our return, highlighting the need for better traffic management — especially for tours running on a schedule. Overall, we did enjoy the experience. The views were incredible, and the concept of the tour is beautiful. But accessibility felt like an afterthought rather than an intentional inclusion. A ramp should never feel dangerous. Accessibility should never feel optional. True inclusion requires consultation with the very people the infrastructure is being created for. #AccessIsForAll ♿ #AccessSpaces
A must do. Office is strategically located. Staff are very helpful - I appreciate Zizipho for her time and guidance. I love that they kept to time and if you were not interested in a chosen option - you could expect another bus in 20 minutes. A good means to get explore the whole city in 2 to 3 days even a boat ride and experienced tour guides via the audio system. Lovely!
