Went for our family holiday, turned out to be so exhausting and tiring.....this pass is a huge scam.....there is absolutely no time to even do a quarter of the the things they offer. The queues was extremely long,and we had the kids with us, they was just miserable....almost every activity in the pass was an issue, especially being told to book online, you go for a cruise and we have book online they fully booked , the next day the weather was bad. Most of the service providers on the pass was so unfriendly. When we went to claim the food vouchers we were treated differently, they ask you if you have the city pass, and made us wait for our food, while other people was being served their food. We ended up just going to places on the pass for the sake of going....and basically to take pics. Will never buy the city pass again, we really didnt enjoy Capetown, was extremely disappointed 😔 because we did spend alot of on the pass for our whole family.

Worth the money if is your first time in Capetown , I saved a lot on entrance fees and transportation, definitely recommend it , great value

The Best way to experience Cape Town. The buses are very comfortable and the audio is clear and very informative.

I bought the 5-day tour as a physically disabled tourist moving on a walker. The tour was well worth the price and I have no regrets! The map of the tourist sites was so intuitive that even I had no problems navigating and getting around the city. During these 5 days I visited several places, explored the city while driving and enriched my photo album. The Hoho bus was well-equipped, there was a wi-fi point, a first floor of the bus which allows you to take stunning photos during the journey, listen to the commentary (the driver gave me free headphones), there was also a ramp for tourists with medical conditions to help you hop on board. As for the first floor, as a walker I had no problems getting to the first floor, but I'm not sure if someone in a wheelchair could.

We had an amazing time in Cape Town using the City Pass Cape Town. We purchased the one-day pass as it would let us do everything we wanted for the day. We started off in the morning by catching the Hop-on Hop-off bus up to Table Mountain to do the incredible Aerial Cableway. One piece of advice for this is to get the first bus and get up to the Aerial Cableway early. We were there just after 9 am and it was already busy, but by the time we returned back down at 11:30 am, the queue was three times the size! We then returned back to Cape Town with the Hop-on Hop-off bus via Camps Bay and then spent the day doing various attractions in the V&A Waterfront. The Two Oceans Aquarium, Pienaar & Son Distilling Co. Gin Tasting, Sky-HI Ride and Zeitz MOCAA - Museum of Contemporary Art were all highlights of our day and all included within the pass. We finished the day with a sunset cruise around Cape Town with Waterfront Charters, which was absolutely stunning and a highlight of our trip to South Africa. You’ve got to pre-book it in advance, but it is certainly worth it, as the experience was magical. Overall, we had an amazing day exploring the best of Cape Town with the City Pass Cape Town, and I would highly recommend purchasing one if you’re planning to see some of the bit sights the city has to offer.
