loooove central library. its super nice,the librarians are friendly and clearly love their job i love their r10 sales, especially on the cookbooks,i got really good and rich ones that i very much look forward to using and there is an art gallery upstairs definitely go there if u need to study in silence and refresh ur mind!

I love this Library so much. I remember still going to the city hall, right next door, as that used to be the library before they built the new library right next door, this was like 15 or 17 years ago, now I bring my kids here and I like to study here. It is so nostalgic. Love it so much! Thank you so much for looking after this library and the staff that have been here for decades!

Definitely 1 of my favourite Libraries. The architecture of the building is beautiful. I love the upcycled "bathtub seats" at the entrance. The staircases give "Harry Potter" vibes. The Librarians are super helpful. The Childrens Library, USA section, Music Library and Art collection sections are impressive. It has a 3D Printer (so cool) and they host the most interesting classes and events. It had a coffee counter pre-COVID (super cool), hopefully the Coffee Bar will start up again soon. Schools must include their surrounding Libraries into their curriculum. It is an excellent learning and Life Orientation resource. I encourage everyone to visit. You'll love it 😍📚

It's a very nice library, lots of books to choose from. Lots of audio to choose from. An entire floor dedicated to kids only. If you are planning on studying with your laptop, make sure you have backup battery power as their power plug points don't work
