Helicopter rides with views of Table Mountain and the Atlantic
The experience today was like no other! It was amazing! Federico is an amazing pilot - quite charming and funny as well. Worth every penny in my opinion. Definitely fly with them to get the best aerial views of the Cape. I recommend doing the full Cape tour as well.
It is one of the best experiences we had in Cape Town. A quick tip, choose the package with the complimentary boat ride, do the helicopter around 3pm, and go for the boat ride at 4pm.
The weather wasn’t ideal when we went, but we were still able to take off and complete most of the flight. We had to land a few minutes earlier due to the conditions, but it was definitely still worth it. We received plenty of interesting explanations during the flight, which made the experience even better.
The helicopter ride itself was incredible, beautiful views and an unforgettable experience. The pilot was extremely polite and made us feel safe and comfortable throughout the flight. Unfortunately, the rest of the staff, from the reception team to the flight prep staff who get you ready and escort you to the helicopter , treated us poorly. We were rushed despite being on time and our request to be dropped off at a different location, which we had specifically made upon booking, was completely ignored. Clear communication about requirements and procedures should be standard, but it was lacking here as well. Because of how we were treated, I won’t be going back.
Fantastic experience with great views, tour commentary by pilot and an amazingly concise viewpoint of many Cape Town attractions in one seating. Safe, comfortable and informative. Clear days are a must for optimal experience. 🚁☀️
