I did a hammock class with Suné at CT City Cirque and I absolutely loved it. The experience offered a beautiful combination of feeling both safe and challenged. I left with a happy body and a calm mind. The space is also beautiful and well equipped. Would definitely recommend.

Wow can’t recommend this place enough!! Such fun, did Ariel yoga with Sune having never done it before. It was very beginner friendly and lots of variations were offered.

Tried an aerial yoga class on Sunday and really enjoyed it. It was well paced, the instructor Suné was great, and it felt both fun and relaxing.

If you're in Cape Town and looking for ways to get fit, or a supportive community that helps you grow stronger every week, Cape Town City Cirque is the perfect fit. I can’t recommend City Cirque enough… If you’re searching for something more exciting than a regular gym then be glad you found exactly that with their aerial fitness classes. They’ve got everything from aerial silks, hoop, hammock and pole fitness so far, and every class pushes you in the best way. The studio is spacious, and I can’t even explain the view!! You’ll have to experience it for yourself.. They also offer studio hire if you’d like to use their gorgeous space for dance workshops, photo shoots or events. The lighting is amazing!
