Cape Ballet Studio has such a warm and supportive atmosphere. Talisha is incredibly positive and truly dedicated to helping her students improve and reach their goals. Whether you’re looking to pick up a new hobby or aiming to complete exams, there’s something here for everyone. As an adult dancer, I know it can feel intimidating to start—you don’t know what to expect. But if you’re thinking about giving it a try, I highly encourage you to do it! Everyone I’ve met at the studio has been so welcoming and kind. It’s a completely judgment-free space where everyone supports one another. Believe me, the moment you step into your first class, you’ll be hooked!
Talisha is an excellent teacher. She is professionally trained as a cechetti ballet teacher and has the ability to explain concepts really well. She is a lovely person and creates a positive atmosphere in class. My daughters and I are part of her studio.
Excellent teacher. Very knowledgeable and extremely good with kids. Huge space with perfect flooring. Space for parents to wait outside and ample parking. Lovely outside space. Now also offering adult ballet classes as well as private individual classes.
Talisha takes great pride in not only providing high quality lessons, but in her appearance too. She is absolutely adored by my 3 year old and her friends in the class as she looks the part of a ballerina. Having only started 6 months ago, my daughter has progressed so much through Talisha's classes which are filled with fun and exciting props together with solid learning. She cannot wait to go every week. I attend the adult classes, and having done ballet most my life and experienced many teachers, Talisha is one of the best. In her beginner classes she caters to both the absolute beginners and those with a bit more experience. Her passion and enthusiasm in her teaching is wonderful and makes that hour of dancing such a pleasure.
