Ballet for adults absolute beginners offered on Fridays..a absolute must if you want to tone your complete body!! And it wont make a hole in your bank either. I highly recommend Cape Ballet 🤗

I moved to Cape Town very recently and started ballet before I moved. Terina is an excellent teacher and the group dynamic is also very beautiful. I really look forward to coming to class every Wednesday and Friday. I haven't found friends here yet but this feels like a little bit home to me.

Love the camaraderie and friendships with fellow dancers. I have grown as a dancer since joining Evelyne, Lindy and Terina’s classes. There is strong focus on building a good foundation, building skills and learning artistry, the RAD style is complemented by a good dose of Russian and Cuban influence.

The instructors are very friendly and you never feel out of place in a class. Even if you've just started! The facilities are neat and clean. And the atmosphere is very calm and comfortable. I've been unable to get back into ballet for personal reasons but I will definitely go back to the Cape Ballet Centre as soon as I can! ✨❤️
