I’ve been going to Mat Pilates classes for a month and very very happy! To be honest, the classes are really comprehensive. The instructors are very motivating and friendly. You can really feel that you’re getting a good workout. I’d definitely recommend it. I tried couple studios, and this is the one! If I return to Cape Town, I’d definitely go there again! 💪🏽

Fantastic studio with state of the art equipment(Reformer, etc.). Beautifully designed and well kept. The staff is very lovely and welcoming too!

Went for Pilates class here to strengthen previously injured and problem areas and Sunè absolutely blew me away with her hands on approach and expertise. She made me feel so safe and I left feeling so much stronger just from one class. Will hopefully be coming back soon. Such incredible apparatus and equipment. 🫶🏻🙏🏻👍🏻 Thank you so much team !!!

During our month in Sea Point, we tried several Pilates studios in the area, and Breathe Barre was overall by far the best. The instructors are BASI-certified and, most importantly, the classes are fun and engaging. I can highly recommend them, and when I’m back in Cape Town I’ll definitely come back.
