Black River Park is an office precinct in Cape Town offering 75,000m of lettable space. Our buildings are Green Star SA rated, making us an officially green office precinct in South Africa. We feature the largest roof-mounted solar photovoltaic system in Southern Africa. We sort all waste on-site, including fluorescent tubing, and maintain ecologically friendly gardens using borehole water. Our park has 24-hour surveillance with electrically fenced boundary walls, monitoring cameras, and boom gate controlled entry. Our security team patrols on foot and by bicycle, operating from a centralized 24-hour control room.

I visited a business in this park today and was gobsmacked to find a R20 parking fee for a quick drop off of an item that took 18 minutes in and out. This money grabbing attitude is crazy and will only cost your tenants business and clients, surely you want to create conditions that are conducive to good business within your park? Or is the parking turnover more valuable than your tenants enjoying good business? This was an extremely distasteful experience that stinks of money grabbing and capitalism, sies!

As far as business parks goes this one is very good significant amounts of parking although most are full and large variety of businesses and includes activities like total ninja, Vida, and a restaurant

Worst security staff in the world!! No greeting or to tell you where to go, you are only stared at... No routine procedures, each person does their own thing...sometimes they need your license, other times they don't and scan your license disc.. free for all and they take their fruatration out on clients: I wasn't allowed in because I forgot my license at home and my phone was on my backseat in my bag so couldn't let myself in... Worst way to start a weekend.

Super clean and very friendly and helpful staff! Very neat and well designed and lots of fun for my boy. I think it would be great if they had more trampolenes... currently seems like some basket ball story has, but not enough for someone new to try do flips and stuff..

The office Park is quite far from the public transport, especially for the weekend it is a bit expensive to commute to due to transport logistics. But the area is beautiful and has nice views of the table mountain.
