I'm so impressed with this store for their wide variety of products and competitive prices. As I'm losing my sight, and can no longer drive, I was thrilled to find out that they deliver orders to my area. The order arrived, beautifully packed, with nothing missing. I'm blown away by the quality of this service. Subsequently, I left two items off my next delivery inadvertently. I sent a message, and within minutes there was a reply, and they added the missing items. They are so obliging and helpful.

Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. Wide variety of products, spices, condiments, sauces, dried beans, legumes and pulses. Some frozen and fresh products on offer too. Historic and cultural hot-spot, situated in the heart of Bo-Kaap. Lots of people and general buzz, the only potential issue can sometimes be parking, but the car guards are generally quick to try make a plan for you. Well worth a general look in, but great for spices if you are in need.

Stumbled upon Atlas Trading Company while walking around Bo-Kaap (GOCAP) and I’m really glad I did. The shop is packed with unique South African sweets and snacks, and the masalas/spice blends look (and smell) amazing. I picked up a Fisherman Masala and couldn’t resist their fun, quirky blends like “Mother-in-law’s curry powder” and “Father-in-law’s curry powder” such a clever touch, and they make great gifts too. Another big plus: everything they sell is 100% halaal, which made shopping super easy and comfortable. The customer service was excellent too friendly, helpful, and welcoming. Authentic, cultural, and really well-curated. If you’re exploring Bo-Kaap and love spices, snacks, or local treats, this place is a must-visit. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

As always, one of my favourite shops! Amazing products, excellent quality, and a huge variety of spices, grains, legumes, snacks, and condiments. It's such a pleasure shopping at Atlas Trading, the staff are very knowledgeable and helpful and the ladies on the tills are so friendly. I highly recommend this shop, they have the ordinary and hard to find products. I've been shopping here for more than 20 years. Loved and miss the old building with its huge wooden spice boxes. ♥️

This spice shop has been around forever and a day. The spices are great and have a large variety at a great price. The area around doesn’t lend itself to being the safest place to frequent so always be aware of the surroundings. The residents are friendly and go about their daily activities. Great photo opportunities with the famous Malay houses in different colours.
