Charmelle holds a beautiful space for Ashtanga practice. She is a wonderful teacher: true to the tradition, yet making the practice accessible for all students. I highly recommend practicing with her.

If you are lucky enough to be in Cape Town you must visit the Ashtanga Yoga centre. It has the best views and beautiful natural light. My yoga sanctuary in Cape town where I share the magic of traditional Ashtanga under the guidance of our amazingly patient and kind Charmelle and the wonderful energy of everyone breathing rhythmically on their mats
