Karibu Karibu Karibu!!!!!!💚🩵🩷⭐️Honestly my 1st impressions was that the whole aura of the Karibu made me feel like my Camp Rock dreams came true & likewise my sport dreams. The complete manifestation of me as a person in a place. Panel!!!!!Great Restaurant & Food. Of course a rocking scenery to host a mini coachella with banging artist on the bill for a super concert experience! Truly from organisers, sound & crew. To all artist as well as my team, The Michael Jackson Tribute Show had such a blast! The evening was truly magical & touched by heaven!!!💚🩵🩷⭐️Connecting with fans before & after the show was so great! Of course congrats to Soutj Africa for winning the Rugby 🏉 match the air was electric! See you all soon for future shows in Ballito🩵🩵🩵🩵

I’ve been going to Karibu since I can remember, I returned last night to check out the place after the new ownership change. I was very disappointed. I understand that it was a Saturday night and that it was busy, but firstly we had to seat ourselves and every time we wanted something I had to physically stand up and get a server. The food was the most disappointing though. We ordered the cheese burger and a pizza. I’m not typically a fussy eater or someone that likes to complain, but the burger was tiny and CAME WITH A TOTAL OF 7 CHIPS. It felt like they were rationing for a nuclear fallout or something. The burger was also hardly the size of my fist. I’ve purposely left the pizza till last because it was as unmemorable as a Dr Oetkers frozen pizza (it might have actually been one). I don’t want to be harsh, but I have to. This place was notorious for good times, massive portions and delicious food. I expected the same when I showed up last night, but instead I was met with no service and 7 chips. To the owners, please do better with the standards that were set before you. This place was a gem, and I don’t want to see it turn into a Padel court with a bar on the side. #BringBackTheLongIslandIceTea

Very slow service. Menu items out of stock. We had to request service, more than four times, before our waiter eventually arrived. Bar didn't have glasses available to serve certain drinks. Outside tables not cleaned or dried after being used. Flat screen tv boxes left in view of the visiting patrons outside on the deck area. Parking area outside has terrible lighting at night.

What a hidden gem. Such a beautiful, well managed place. The pizza is amazing. The drinks were lovely, cold and fresh. The waiters were unbelievably on the ball, fun and a pleasure to have around. They knew the menu so well and were great at checking up on us. I will definitely come back again. It is such a lovely family orientated establishment. If you are in Salt Rock you must pop in there.

Great concert on Friday night with ARD Matthews and Veranda Panda! Sound was excellent the vibe was great but the service was lacking. They need more staff for bigger events like this when there is a lot of people because it takes so long to get a drink or order food. But the pizzas are amazing😁
