Bad bad service! My mom almost died waiting for an ambulance while this Ethan Guy was delaying and deferring everything, that guy doesn’t care about people’s lives, I don’t know if it’s because we are black and the service rendered to us is different. But I am soo disappointed by this service! Bad communication ,service bad, there was lack of urgency , my mom deteriorated while waiting, thankfully we called another server who responded within 15mins and transported the patient without any issues. If you are an ambulance person and are worried about the patient not being stable, you bring Advanced life support services to deal with the issues and not waste any further time on urgent cases! Please improve your services because you are dealing with people’s lives, and people pay for such services.

What a bad experience i received from Ethan he delayed us an ambulance until the ICU bed was occupied by another patient then after I tried finding a bed in KPH again he refused with an Ambulance I had to find another ambulance to assist.

Thank God for K Pillay and Crew who came to fetch my father in law at home when he got seriously ill after a heart attack. Their kindness and professionalism was a rock in a very hard time and we are incredibly grateful. Thank you guys

Very slow and bad communication services Update. Due to the lack of urgency, my father unfortunately passed away. Truly tragic and it's because this company, together with victoria hospital chose to dispatch the ambulance to another so called emergency, like my dad's case was not urgent enough.. Follow up response. To clarify, Victoria Hospital contacted you guys on my behalf, then the lady confirmed there was an ambulance ready to go at the hospital, that means when you'll tried to call back Victoria hospital, they didn't answer 4 times. This definitely confirms the hospital medical negligence and the lack of communication between the two in getting this done immediately, which was my original review. You guys didn't do your job correctly and on time which ultimately caused the death of my father. Just get your company act in order so this doesn't happen to future people due to the lack of communication and urgency

Good morning. Yesterday 13 Sept we called Ipss to attend to to our 67 yr old tenant. Firstly I was pleasantly surprised by the promt arrival 7 mins after the call. Then I was emotionally moved by the gentle and sympathetic approach from all 3 officers. Well done guys and a huge thankyou. Take care.
