I have just past by Cash Crusaders Ballito Junction today. The music you guys have played here was so loud you could hear it from outside the shop. Please turn off the volume so that the music in this place don't get heard on the outside? As a Christian who love Jesus Christ and who love Christian and Gospel music I would like to hear more Christian and Gospel music here instead. Please can you play more Christian, Gospel and Praise and Worship music in Cash Crusaders Bsllito?

I had a wonderful experience today with Nsikelelo and the kind and professional team at the beautiful Ballito store location. The store looks like a modern Samsung or Apple store. I was greeted by very kind staff. And consistently I've found with Cash Crusaders, they honoring their Whatsapp quote when I came in. Mr. Nsikelelo showed great integrity honoring the price given from our WhatsApp text and was the same amount given at their store. I was again very impressed with the honest, no haggle approach. No last minute haggling. I will only use Cash Crusaders. Beyond top excellent level experience today. Thank you so much Cash Crusaders Ballito❤️👌👍

Tried there WhatsApp channel since it supported “to be easy and convenient “ and Im suppose to get a response back within 15 minutes. What a joke 😅 let me save you the time and energy, it’s not reliable AT ALL and the stuff never gets back to when you contact them via WhatsApp. But I think the main issue is that they isn’t a WhatsApp team that way the service is poor and they never reply back cause no one is in charge of communicating with customers via WhatsApp. Management needs to do better in terms of allocating people to deal with the WhatsApp channel. But I’m not blaming the staff Im sure they are not sitting around on there phones all day, they are probably also busy.

This is the most useless cash crusaders in South Africa. Staff are pathetic useless ,unhelpful,rude especially the lady that stand at the door act like you owe her something. The buy shop has on one person manning the space everyday so you as a customer has to wait hours on end. Cash crusaders if you can't service your customers the correct way close your doors or get competent staff to man your store.

If I could give zero stars, I would. I am appalled by the treatment I am getting. Buying from this Cash Crusaders is the epitome of RISKY BUSINESS. I purchased a second-hand laptop here and just a few days later it stopped working. I understand that buying used goods can be risky. They took it in for repairs and told me it would take 21 days. It has now been 2 months. When I called for an update, I spoke to a lady named Michelle who told me it was not her problem and that they could not do anything. She even mentioned she had been on leave for 7 weeks, as if that somehow makes my issue irrelevant. I asked to have the laptop returned so I could fix it myself, but was told that was not an option. When I asked when I would get it back, the response was “I don’t know, any day.” From 21 days to “I don’t know, any day” is not just unprofessional, it is completely unacceptable. This is not how you run a business.
