Worst experience ever. They sell tills are down!!!!! Rude service rather support other Garage even the supervisor was like they don't work? 14 people in the line to pay at 06:30am Pathetic BP !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Sent my wife into the bp to get some paper plates, she grabbed the 1st stack of which the plastic was a bit torn, while she waited in the queue to get to the cashier I grabbed another stack which was sealed and handed it to her with my bank card to pay, cashier took it for granted and scanned the one stack twice and of which it charged me twice. Got to ballito beach and noticed I was double charged. I called bp and spoke to Kim, she was exceptional, she was a bit busy and promised to send me a WhatsApp on my number to communicate with me to verify everything and check this is exactly what happened, she made sure my money was refunded almost immediately! To her superiors, this is very rare and from my experience of many years in the 2nd most valuable company on earth this deserves an increase or a promotion! Do not leave talent unchecked and unrewarded!
