We had a fantastic experience with Ballito Surf School. Our instructor, Keira, put a lot of effort into making sure we understood the basics and managed to explain all the most important surfing techniques in just one lesson. She was incredibly motivating, patient, and encouraging throughout. Teaching a father and son together is not always easy, but Keira handled it brilliantly and made the lesson enjoyable for both of us. We felt comfortable, supported, and gained much more confidence in the water. Highly recommended for anyone wanting to learn to surf in Ballito!

What a great bunch here at the surf school. My son is absolutely hooked and can't wait for more time with this crew. Super friendly, very encouraging and nothing was too much trouble. Really impressed! Thanks so much for making our whirlwind day trip so memorable. Well done guys and girls!!

I cannot recommend Janek & his team enough. My son Hayden has had a few lessons with them now and he absolutely loves it and can’t get enough. The instructors are all fantastic with the kids and keep them wanting to go back for more. We booked Hayden’s Birthday Party & every child and parent we’re blown away. Bring in the holidays for more surfing fun 🏄‍♂️

There are few times in our city lives that we get to experience something as awesome as this. These guys are friendly and helpful, and I highly recommend them. My son was in his element in the water, having doubts about whether he would enjoy it or not. He definitely did! The guys took extra care to ensure he could thoroughly enjoy it! Everyone who went out in our group had so much fun and just want to surf some more! Book a surf lesson the next time you're at the coast!
