I had my first microflight experience with Ballito MicroLights yesterday, and it’s something I’ll never forget.
To be clear, I am not someone who enjoys extreme activities. I was absolutely terrified. But I was also determined to push myself, and I’m so glad I did. From the moment I arrived, Anthony (my pilot) was incredibly kind, funny and reassuring. He took the time to talk me through everything, which made a huge difference in settling my nerves.
Once we were up in the air, I felt completely safe. The flight itself (around 30 minutes) was stunning, peaceful and so beautiful.
If you’re hesitating or talking yourself out of it stop! Do it anyway. Be brave. You won’t regret it, I promise 😅

Very professional team! If you are in Ballito, don't miss a chance for such an epic experience: a terrific view of the town and its beaches. Several options with flight duration ranging from 20 to 60 minutes are available.
The flight is smooth and not fast, but still may be chilly due to a wind, a warm airtight jacket will help.

Amazing experience. Instructors / pilots are professional and super helpful. Take the 45 min flight to get the best view of the ocean and beach in the morning.
