First time checking out the Wellington Night Market! I was excited to see welly has one every Friday and Saturday. It’s quite small with 7–8 food trucks, so food options are a bit limited. Prices are pretty similar to resto prices in town, so I’d probably choose a resto if I’m mainly going for the food. The vibe is what makes it worth visiting though live music, people hanging out with mates, vibes, family friendly too! My top pick: the beef jerky skewer from the Thai food truck!

The Wellington Night Market is quite small, but it has a good mix of both savoury food and desserts. There’s a nice variety of different cultures and cuisines to choose from, with prices ranging from affordable to mid-range. It’s a fun and casual spot to catch up with friends — everyone can grab whatever they feel like eating and just sit, chat, and enjoy the atmosphere together.

We attended this market as vendors and what an awesome experience! From the food we got to try from other vendors to the customers all in high spirits and whole vibe of this market made it one of our favourites we have ever been to! Shoutout Keny the organiser who was very welcoming and helpful as well. We at Basic Az Bakes cannot wait to attend again very soon!
