Prescription are filled quickly if in-stock locally. Lack of compassion is disheartening. Their "overnight" (the expectation they set) service took a week, missing my departure and impacting my health while away. No communication from Wellworks, no indication they tried to make it happen (other than pushing the "order" button), no acknowledgement they underdelivered or affected my health, certainly no apology or sympathy. The pharmacy always has the choice to communicate, with clients and supplier/courier. Their response to me checking up "well, we placed the order and it looks like it hasn't arrived yet. Maybe tomorrow." That's minimum effort. I told them my situation before I even got the script, but what should they care? Pharmacists who choose indifference over compassion are preparing us for the industry to go fully automated. Inhumane robots are not what our Healthcare System needs. Long rant, sorry.. a lot of discomfort will do that. If you're controlling things that affect bodies and minds, and are people-facing, be human, not robot.

Ben, Rachel and the rest of the team are always quick to respond, make things easy, and do so consistently. They've been my pharmacy of choice for nearly 5 years now. On top of the usual repeats I've also had supplement items ordered in for me, received a booster, and they stock a great wire headband which I've not been able to find elsewhere too haha. Thanks team, your fantastic service is much appreciated!

Wonderful Pharmacy, everyone is so caring and helpful with all enquiries, super community focused, the Pharmacist are very happy to help answer questions, and they have a nice shop! Always leave feeling like everything is in good hands !
