I have been a client of Wellington Osteopathic Health since its inception & cannot recommend getting treatment from these lovely people enough. I am specifically a client of Sally McGrandle’s, though in her absence at times I have now seen all of the other Osteopaths and I can say that they are all excellent! Sally is wonderful; she is an extremely professional, skilled and knowledgeable Osteopath who is kind & thoughtful - gentle in her approach but never working too lightly that I fear the treatments won’t stick. She has helped me with long term issues that I suffer from and with various injuries along the way. She is also a wonderful person to talk to!

Have been to see Sally a few times and she is phenomenal at what she does. Keeping up a steady friendly conversation throughout while assessing me made me feel very at ease and relaxed throughout. She has the lightest touch but was able to diagnose and treat so gracefully. She showed me exercises to do to help going forwards and said to only go back if I felt I needed too. Highly recommend to anyone wanting a calm, genuinely lovely human to help with any stiffness or pain.

After an admominal operation I started having issues with my lower back. I tried massage and chiropractors but was not seeing any results. A work colleague referred me to Sally and I've never looked back. She was able to take a holistic view and has helped me address other issues which were connected to my back pain. Visiting Sally is often the highlight of my week not only for relief but also great chat 😀

I see Sally whenever I have issues. I train hard and occasionally need a bit of maintenance to be able to keep training for competition. Sally is informative, professional, does not stop you training unless absolutely necessary but gives alternatives to train to. Sally has fixed my shoulder and quad over the last 18months and continues to provide treatment when required. She is also good at discharging you when back to fitness unlike a few I have had dealings with in the past!!
