Massage was firm which I find more beneficial, and yet not too hard. Julia focussed on my hammies, quads, calves and ankle muscles, which were all very tight. Hours later I am still finding movement easier than it was before the massage. Thank you Julia, your skills are very much appreciated, and I will be back. Jon
