A local thrift store in the Newtown area
Outrageously overpriced store in my opinion on many items , went in today , china elephant in window $80 !!! 🦣🐘😮😮.glass lantern $15 probably that price new at k mart . Many many items grossly overpriced for an op shop, have been going there for about 5 years , long term observation . Probably one of the most unfriendly staff members in any retail establishment I've been in many years. Very unwelcoming shop. I think needs new management in my opinion . 😁😡
was highly disappointed to hear a staff member telling an autistic women that she would lose her job if she continued to show autistic traits - something that i would take to be direct discrimination of neurodivergent minds in the work environment. Given your organisation intends to support vulnerable people, I would expect much better
This Vinnies Store has big selection of items, including stuff like clothing for men and women and children. Board games, CD’s and Dvds and old section of vinyl records, home furniture and cups and glassware, their prices are very reasonable.
This shop has a great selection of items. The prices seem rather high compared to other places I've seen. It appears someone put a lot of effort into researching market values, but they might have overestimated. It must cater to a clientele with significant disposable income. The atmosphere is certainly pleasant. I enjoyed browsing the unique merchandise. However, I'll likely need to save up before making any purchases here.
I think from all the opshop that I came in Wellington, this place is having the most complete choices of collections, from kids corner including clothes, toys. Sportware, Kitchenware, shoes, books, and also a choices of good furniture, painting and appliances in second or third floor. And there are Good choices of lining too. Too much choices and good range of price or a little bit higher price compared to other opshop. But it’s still a recommended place for “hunt” your house needed
