I had an accidental hot water burn and stopped in for advice. Nicole and the team was incredibly helpful and professional. She took the time to assess the situation, explained the treatment options, helped me find all the products I needed, and even assisted with dressing the burn. While the burn is still healing, the treatment she recommended has made a real difference and given me confidence that I’m managing it properly.
