One of the female staff at the counter was rude to me when I went to collect my ready for pick up medication. Her attitude has ruined my day.

Second time I've got a text saying an urgent prescription has been delivered to the pharmacy and then I turn up several hours later and get told I still need to wait 20 minutes or more for it to be prepared. In this case a simple pre-packaged prescription that they don't need to do anything with. We're told that the customer service is the selling point of these guys over the big box pharmacies; that's not my experience

The staff have improved, they have not always been nice or friendly but the pharmacists and staff were really cool and helpful.

Booked in for flu and covid boosters. Turned up for my appointment and was told no covid available. Yet other people were being given covid boosters. When challenged, the pharmacy instantly offered me a covid booster indicating their actions were deliberate and not a mistake. I felt like I was being treated like an idiot. The interaction lacked integrity and honesty on the part of Unichem IB.

Ableist pharmacists that lack empathy, compassion and care. Made me feel like dog dirt every time I walked in. No consideration for sunflower lanyards and no clear communication to eachother, me or my gp. Do better. Not Monica, you’re great.
