Denied me an Emergency Contraceptive Pill when I needed it because it was outside of "her scope"... Despite her knowing it's heavily time based she said I should go to get a GP referral (which takes ages in Newtown) and a copper IUD and said every pharmacy would deny me an emergency contraception because it's "out of their scope" whatever that means (she just said it's "how it is" which is bullshit because I got emergency contraception elsewhere), I had someone go in for me because I am disabled and have chronic pain and when my stand in person told that to her she rolled her eyes and said "if they can have sex, they can come in person". Absolutely atrocious malpractice and denial of resources based on conservative views of her own that has no basis in legality, I am allowed to take an ECP in the same cycle which is what I did TWO WEEKS AGO I have unmedicated PCOS and I bled, I am likely not pregnant, and her reasonings was that she "doesn't know what the outcome is", which is irrelevant anyway because ECP does not cause harm to a *potential* pregnancy. I am going to report to the disability commissioner
