The customer service I received from the woman behind the counter was unacceptable. I believe her name is Hillary, and she middle aged and has bright red dyed hair. When I approached the counter, she did not greet me or acknowledge me. Instead, she rolled her eyes and stood there with her mouth open, appearing to try to remove or sucked food from between her teeth with her tongue. It was disgusting to witness, especially from someone working in a customer-facing pharmacy role. When I explained that I was there to collect a prescription, she still did not acknowledge me or make eye contact. I gave my name and details, and she simply walked away before mumbling. I have lived in the area for years and have used this pharmacy multiple times. Unfortunately, I often feel uncomfortable going in because of previous interactions with this same staff member who has no level of customer service at all.
