Absolutely amazing experience every single time! I recently had my hair balayaged by Crystal and the results were stunning. She is so talented, knowledgeable about colour, and incredibly skilled at what she does. I’ve been a regular customer ever since I found out about Tokki Hair Studio (for couple of years now). I keep coming back because Crystal consistently delivers beautiful results and always makes me feel so happy and comfortable. Every time I go there, I feel really well looked after. You can tell she genuinely cares about her clients and takes pride in her work. I couldn’t recommend Crystal more highly — she is the best! 👍👍👍

I’ve never been to a hairdressers that can work so well with my thick and wavy hair! The team are so lovely, and really listen to what you want. I always get anxious when I get my hair done, but the team make the vibe so relaxing. 10/10 can not recommend enough!

I cannot recommend this salon enough! When I had a little issue from a previous visit, Crystal offered to sort it out straight away with the friendliest attitude and zero fuss. She takes her time to communicate, pay attention to every little detail, and actually listen and discuss to what you want. The results were amazing, five stars, highly recommend! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I honestly think Tokki Studio is one of the best in Wellington. They really understand different hair types and styles, which makes such a difference. The whole experience is calm and relaxing, the pricing is reasonable, and the location is super convenient. Highly recommend!

I’m so happy with the perfect service Tokki Hair Studio provided. Time efficient, professional and friendly. Miho did a Keratin treatment for me. my hair looks amazing. She is the most gentle hairdresser I’ve experienced and knows how to deal with long fine hair. Miho effortlessly combed my hair wet or dry. I was so impressed! Most hairdressers struggle to brush my hair which usually ends in knots or breakage. I also had a brief interaction with Crystal, she was friendly and professional too. I’ve already booked my second appointment and can’t wait to go back.
