I became a shareholder when I heard Three Sisters were coming to Wellington. Many years running they have been my favourite beers at Beervana and this taproom does not disappoint. The staff are fantastic and incredibly welcoming and friendly Kira, Dan and Rosie always have a smile on their face and a warm welcome. I have been to the New Plymouth taproom and this is not always the case there. Beer selection is great and I usually just grab some fries as I get them free but the Tacos are also very good. Great location fantastic beer and food and awesome staff! I highly recommend Three Sisters Wellington.

Wonderful place for a drink. We were wondering around Wellington and not keen on some of the pubs we saw, then we spotted the Three Sisters. Staff were so welcoming and the beers were delicious. It would definitely be our local if we lived in Wellington.

Visited late Saturday afternoon, great to have the late afternoon sun ☀️ While slightly busy, this was impacted greatly by the high number of tables reserved. While understand the need to reserve tables they should only reserve one or two so walk-in which seemed to be most customers when we visited could get a table. Was very obvious a number of customers arrived then realising no takes then left. Also would bf nice to have more bar stools so customers could actually sit at the bar. Beer was okay (Garage Project on Leeds St had much better range and tasting beer). Food was okay, nothing special. Would come back, but may be mid week when tables were not reserved and available.

Mixed thoughts on this place. Came in with a big friend group and received mixed service. I am a big fan of the passion fruit smoothie sour. I thought it was delicious and absolutely delightful going down, dangerously so since it’s 5.5%. The reason for the three star review is mostly due to my friend being sold a “half pint” by the owner that was definitely not half. We ended up asking a different bartender the quantity of the half pint and she told us it was 200ml. 200!!!!!! Outrageous price as well, being charged $7+ for a 200 ml “half pint.”

The new place to go in Wellington for great beer and delicious food!! We had a great lunch, attentive staff and food that left you wanting more. Highlights included the tacos and mussels. But everything we had was yummy. Great range of drinks and wide range of beers. The passion fruit sour smoothie is a must try. Will be a regular spot to gather for us.
